When every hour counts, technology has to keep up.

Context: WAY coordinates cover for social care workers in specialised care homes, child protection services and non-profit organisations, often at short notice. In 2025, WAY delivered 5,878 assignments and 48,232 hours of cover: the activity the platform now carries.
Challenge: Find a qualified, available professional within hours, then secure the contract, the activity report and the invoice, with no paperwork and no re-keying.
Our answer: Design and development of the entire platform: web app, iOS and Android apps, back office. It covers matching institutions with independent professionals, publishing assignments, automatically accepting the first eligible applicant, approving activity reports, contracting by electronic signature and compliant electronic invoicing.

Luxury, events & private clubs

The Merode × Profirst

Behind the scenes of luxury, nothing should show.

Context: The Merode, a private members' club in Brussels, and Profirst, a high-end events group operating in Paris, Brussels and London. An environment where nothing can fail.
Challenge: Modernise the infrastructure and every tool without ever interrupting operations, or the experience of members and guests.
Our answer: Infrastructure. A complete overhaul: fibre, antennas, wireless network. A six-figure infrastructure programme, five specialist contractors under a single lead, then a hypercare phase including a simulated power outage.

Unified digital ecosystem. HubSpot (CRM, 5,000 marketing contacts) synchronised with Odoo (ERP), and Peoplevine for membership management.

Custom application. Booking of meeting rooms and phone booths on tablets, later adopted by other clients.

Dedicated support. An on-site engineer and ongoing support: workstations, email, audiovisual, Wi-Fi, servers.

Social Media Boost

Delivery, on autopilot.

Context: Restaurants take orders online through one platform and hand delivery to a courier service. Two powerful tools that did not talk to each other.
Challenge: Send every order out for delivery with no re-keying, no delay and no error, in the middle of service.
Our answer: Integration software between the online ordering platform and the delivery service. It receives the order, passes it on, triggers the delivery and tracks it end to end, with no human intervention.

Hospitality & restaurants

Aerneo POS

Service, reinvented. From table to kitchen in an instant. Without a single wire.

Context: Hotels, restaurants and brasseries: places where service never stops and every cable is a constraint. Among them, Hotel Europacity, a 72-room three-star hotel in central Brussels with a restaurant and a conference room, and La Lunette, a historic brasserie founded in 1853 on Place de la Monnaie.
Challenge: Take payments, take orders and send them to the kitchen in real time, anywhere in the venue, with no wired infrastructure.
Our answer: A fully wireless point-of-sale ecosystem: Android till on a tablet, order taking on smartphones, guest ordering by QR code, connected kitchen and bar printers. A project that shaped our operational standards.
